At Hands On People, our dedicated team of Support Coordinators will guide you to understand your plan and show you how to navigate the NDIS portal.Â
We’ll help you to source and connect with service providers and products that meet your individual needs. And, if there are any issues with the delivery of your services, or any points of crisis, we’ll resolve them for you; we’ll always have your back.

We started Hands On People because we believed we could do better for Territorians with a physical, intellectual or psychosocial disability. We could see how challenging it was for people just like you to get the right advice and support to make the most of the NDIS. It should be easy to access the help you need so you can live an independent and meaningful life.Â
Our team have worked in health and disability services for more than 10 years and know exactly how the NDIS works. It might seem confusing and scary, but we’re experienced in navigating the system and linking up participants with the right supports. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We work closely with you to develop your capacity to achieve your goals and be an active part of your community.

The NDIS is the National Disability Insurance Scheme. It’s how people under the age of 65 who have a disability can get the care and supports they need.
The NDIS is for those with a permanent and significant disability which impacts on their ability to take part in everyday activities.
If you’re eligible, you will work out the reasonable and necessary supports you need to live your life and achieve your goals. You’ll then receive funding to pay for these supports.
